Covid 19 Health & Wellness Protocols for the Wild Spirit

The Wild Spirit is taking the following steps to support your health and well being while you enjoy Wild Spirit services:

Sanitization Protocols

-Regular sanitization of massage session room ( table, linens, bolsters, arm sling, head rest and surfaces ), bathroom and hard surfaces between visits using industry standard sanitization products including Quats and hot soapy water.

Information on Quats: Quaternary ammonium chloride (quats) is a disinfectant that is used in the personal service establishment industry to clean and disinfect. This disinfectant is approved for use by the Fraser Health Authority because of its effectiveness against germs, bacteria and viruses.

*Pacing clients throughout the day: The Wild Spirit will be pacing out clients throughout the day to ensure time to clean and sanitize between appointments. One client at a time will be allowed in The Wild Spirit. Please do not arrive early for your appointment, there is not a waiting room available at this time.

Protocols when entering The Wild Spirit

All clients will be provided with hand sanitizer and asked to remove shoes when entering the The Wild Spirit. Any personal belongings including, bags, purses, keys, phone and wallet will be placed in a specific area upon entering that will be sanitized between use.

How YOU can help:

-Please don't bring any unnecessary belongings to your appointment, including large purses, bags or coats. Please bring your own water bottle for use.

-Please bring your own mask to wear. We ask that you wear it during your session if safe physical distancing can not be maintained.

-We ask that only clients receiving services attend the appointment, friends and family members may not attend the appointment with you. If you require a person to attend your appointment with you due to mobility issues or another issue please let us know if advance.

Self Check Your Health

-If you are feeling unwell please contact us to reschedule. There is no cancellation fee associated to rescheduling due to illness.

-If you have been tested for Covid 19 with in the past week and you have not received your results and self quarantine has been recommended please reschedule your appointment until your results are confirmed.

REFUND & RESCHEDULING INFORMATION

The Wild Spirit does not offer refunds, however you may re-schedule if you need to at anytime before your appointment. We understand life happens, illness or emergencies happen, so we allow one short notice cancellation in non COVID timelines.

Repeat short notice cancellations will not be rescheduled or refunded.  If you are able to find someone to take your appointment we welcome anyone to come in your place.

In the event that The Wild Spirit requires a reschedule with short notice due to illness or emergency we always extend the offer of an additional 15 minutes to your service. We take short notice rescheduling to heart and we will only ask if it's absolutely necessary.
